If a customer purchases an item from WebCommunitySoftware.com and it is defective within 30 days, we will replace it with the same item or issue you a full refund. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges back to WebCommunitySoftware.com. However, we will absorb the shipping cost of the replacement product. Replacements will be shipped out once we receive and verify the defective item.

Please note that WebCommunitySoftware.com will refuse any item that does not have a valid RMA number. Please submit all RMAs through email.

Downloaded Software

Due to the nature of delivery, all download products are not eligible for a refund. Support will be provided for issues with downloads and installs if needed.

General Software Returns

** IMPORTANT ** Any software sold with a visible registration or product key code any where on the product will not be eligible for a return unless the product is somehow defective when installed. All purchases with visible registration or product key codes are final. This policy is enforced and non-negotiable.

Non-defective, unopened and unused software in a manufacturer product sealed box may be returned up to 30 days. When returned, the customer will receive a full credit for the product  minus all shipping and handling charges; this applies to all free shipped items. First class items shipped free will receive a $8.00 return charge applied. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to WebCommunitySoftware.com for return processing.
