Our shipment carrier is currently USPS. Most customers usually select first class mail when checking out, but Priority Mail and Overnight Express Mail is offered for additional costs. Simply select the service you want from the drop-down via the shipping screen when checking out.

USPS First Class Mail (U.S. Only)

The shipping and handling fee for First Class Mail service is FREE for the first item and $4.50 per additional items purchased. Generally, First Class Mail service takes 3-6 business days to reach it's destination but will vary depending on your area. Closer destinations from Georgia can take 2-4 days.

USPS Priority Mail (U.S. Only)

The shipping and handling fee for Priority Mail service is a flat $12.95 for the first item and $4.50 per additional item purchased. Generally, Priority Mail service takes 2-3 business days to reach it's destination from Georgia.

USPS Overnight Express Mail (U.S. Only)

The shipping and handling fee for Overnight Express Mail service is a flat $29.95 for the first item and $4.50 per additional items purchased. Generally, Overnight Express Mail service takes 1-2 business days to reach it's destination from Georgia. If you live near a major metropolitan area, overnight service is typically is a 1 day delivery. More remote destinations can take 2 days.

USPS Global Airmail Post Mail (Canada Only)

The shipping and handling fee for Global Airmail Post Mail service is a flat $14.95 for the first item and $6.95 per additional items purchased. Generally, Global Airmail Post Mail service takes 4-7 business days to reach it's destination from the state of Georgia.

USPS Global Priority Mail (Canada Only)

The shipping and handling fee for Global Priority Mail service is a flat $19.95 for the first item and $6.95 per additional items purchased. Generally, Global Airmail Post Mail service takes 4-6 business days to reach it's destination from the state of Georgia.

USPS Electronic Delivery Notification

When orders are processed, a USPS electronic shipping notice is generated and sent to the customer's email address entered at checkout. Please note that spam filters can sometimes sort this confirmation to a "junk mail folder". If a confirmation is not received, please check the junk mail folder for it.

UPGRADE NOTIFICATION SERVICE UPDATE:

After package processing, WebCommunitySoftware.com had no way of scanning every package with USPS since outgoing shipments combined were large. An electronic notification was emailed  to the customer alerting them of package shipment, however it also noted on the notification there was no guarantee the package was actually delivered to the Post Office. Customers who inquired about this issue would have to rely on our word that their order was delivered to USPS and shipped. The idea of not knowing when a package was put in the USPS mail stream became a troublesome issue for customers. So, WebCommunitySoftware.com decided to take action.

To solve the issue, WebCommunitySoftware.com has upgraded the shipment notification system to include a bulk scanning process which allows customers to know when their packages are delivered to the Post Office for shipment. This change effectively eliminates the customer's need to inquire about package delivery into the USPS mail stream as it will show in the confirmation they receive.

This change is just another example of how WebCommunitySoftware.com continues to improve service to its customers.

Order Fulfillment Times

All orders submitted before 12:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be shipped same day, otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day unless an unforeseen delay occurs such as an item becoming backordered. If a delay does occur, you will be notified by email.

1. Does USPS ship to P.O. and APO boxes
   
   Yes. USPS does ship to P.O. and APO boxes. However, delivery confirmations cannot be given for APO address mailings.
    

2. Will tracking information be provided after my purchase?
   
   Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email after your item(s) have shipped. Your email spam filter may sort this email to your "junk mail folder" so please look for it there if you don't see it in your normal email folder.
    

3. How long will my order take to arrive after it has been shipped?
   
   All orders submitted before 12:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be shipped same day, otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day. See our delivery estimates above based on the service you select.
    

4. Can you provide other shipping options besides USPS?
   
   Yes. However, costs and delivery times will vary. Besides our main carrier, we can ship via Fedx, DHL, and UPS. Keep in mind that some or all of these other services will not ship to P.O. or APO boxes. To quickly expedite your order, we recommend allowing us to use USPS. If you want to ship via a carrier other than USPS, please email or call us for an order quote.
    

5. Can shipping insurance be provided?
   
   Yes. Shipping insurance can be provided upon request for USPS shipments. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance on larger orders. It protects the buyer from theft, damage, and lost shipments. Once the package has been shipped, WebCommunitySoftware.com is not liable for what could happen to it. If the contents of the package has been damaged upon arrival or doesn't arrive at all within 30 days, a claim can be filed with USPS for the insured amount. You must provide proof that shipping insurance was purchased.
   
   SHIPPING INSURANCE: We are making shipping insurance available at the product order level. If you don't see an option to add insurance on a product you have selected, please request to purchase it via our Contact Us page. Insurance is added on a per item basis. If multiple items are ordered, shipping insurance will be selected or requested on a per item basis.
   
    

6. Do you ship to other places besides the U.S.?

   Yes. We are now shipping to the following countries:
